Eboni Kinnard

As the principal of Zion Christian Academy, I bring nine years of experience working with children and two years in the school system. In May 2025, I proudly graduated as a first-generation college student with a bachelor's degree in elementary education. My passion for teaching began when I was just five years old, and today I’m honored to live out that calling not only by nurturing young minds academically, but also by helping them grow spiritually in the knowledge of God’s love.

I’m certified in CLASS for infants and toddlers, and I believe in creating a learning environment that is joyful, structured, and rooted in faith. At Zion Christian Academy, our goal is to partner with families to provide a Christ-centered education that supports the whole child heart, mind, and spirit.

Outside of school, I enjoy reading and spending quality time with my family. I warmly invite you to be part of the Zion Christian Academy family, where every child is seen, valued, and encouraged to walk boldly in God’s purpose for their life.

Sheila Pannell

As Executive Officer of Zion Christian Academy, I am responsible for the overall leadership, management, and strategic direction of the organization, ensuring compliance, financial stability, and a positive environment for children and staff. 

Qualifications:

Master of Science in Contract Management/Acquisition – Florida Institute of Technology

Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling – The Ohio State University

Bachelor of Arts in History and Government – Virginia Union University

Certified by the Commonwealth of VA as a Counselor grades PK- 12

Member of NIGP the Institute for Public Procurement

Army Management Staff College- Leadership Course Graduate

DAWIA Certified Level III

CPPB-Certified Professional Public Buyer

CPR Certified

MAT Certified
